News

  • December 2006 - a bronze Iguanodon sculpture, 3m long and 2m high (on a brick plinth), was unveiled in Lintot Square, Southwater. This area was formerly surrounded by numerous brick pits working the Weald Clay and undoubtedly the source of many dinosaur finds, which this statue commemorates.   • Saturday 15 November 2008 - Sussex Mineral Show at Clair Hall, Haywards Heath. Organised by the Sussex Mineral & Lapidary Society. An annual event not to be missed, good for Christmas presents.
